You can verify inquiry delivery by:
- Checking your spam/junk folder for emails from PartySlate
- Adding noreply@partyslate.com and inquiries@partyslate.com to your safe sender list
- Log into PartySlate Pro
- Go to Profile Manager > Company Details > Contact Information, and under Email address, click the “send a test email” link
If you're still not receiving inquiries after checking these items, contact support@partyslate.com.
