If you've been incorrectly credited in an album that is not your work:
- Log into PartySlate Pro
- Go to Profile Manager > Manage Gallery > Events
- Locate the incorrectly credited album.
- Click the three dots to the right below the album’s cover image. Select “This is not my work.” This will remove it from your profile.
If you have any issues, please contact support@partyslate.com with:
- The album URL or name
- Your company name
- A brief explanation of the issue
Our team will work with the album owner to correct or remove the credit.
